Pastry Chef Prepared Filling, Buttercream & Garnish: Orange essence mascarpone & cream cheese buttercream, toasted honey walnuts, Callebaut Chocolate Crispearls^®.

Fresh carrots, candied orange zest, baking spices, toasted walnuts, honey, walnut oil, and pineapple pan roasted with agave nectar remake a classic American favorite. Paired with tangy mascarpone & cream cheese buttercream and a candied walnut and white chocolate pearl garnish.

KékiCakes can be baked, cooled overnight, and filled, frosted & garnished the next day.

Baking Ingredients: 4 large eggs. Preferably cage free

Baking Equipment: 3-8” round metal baking pans*, hand or stand mixer with beater/paddle attachment, mixer whisk attachment, mixer bowl, medium and large bowl, strainer/flour sifter, large rubber/silicone spatula, straight or offset icing spatula, flat large plate or cake turntable.*Light-colored metal baking pans. Minimum 2” deep.

Everyday Kitchen Items: Plastic food wrap or 3-1 gallon sealable plastic food bags, toothpick/cake tester or small knife, non-serrated slicing knife, non-stick cooking spray, oven, microwave, fridge.

KékiCake currently ships 1-2 day FedEx^® Ground in select states (CA, OR, WA, NV), and FedEx Air 2 day (all other states) on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (excluding holidays and black out dates). We also offer local same day delivery via Door Dash and pick up for San Francisco Bay Area customers.
