Shipping Information
Cake kits will be delivered in 1-2 days after the designated ship date selected during check out. We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. To ensure on-time delivery, we partner with Periship (a customer service leader in the cold food shipping industry) and FedEx.
$10 Flat Rate Shipping:
We currently offer $10 flat rate ground shipping only for select states; CA, WA, OR, and NV. For all other states, we offer FedEx Air 2 Day standard shipping rates.

KékiCake ships FedEx®. We currently ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday excluding holidays and designated blackout dates.

A signature is not required for FedEx® delivery. Go to FedEx.com for tracking information. Upon arrival, immediately refrigerate ingredients marked 'Perishable Keep Refrigerated'. If any perishables arrive frozen, refrigerate for 24 hours to thaw.
KékiCake does not ship or request FedEx® to deliver kits on designated days; New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and other designated blackout dates. We do not ship on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
We only ship to non-remote zip codes in the lower 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to AK, HI, The U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
Estimated/actual delivery dates and times are determined by FedEx®, and are not guaranteed by KékiCake. FedEx® has until 5:30 pm to deliver for 1 or 2 day ground or air.
